If your unit has been opened or someone has attempted to do a repair , we no longer will accept these units for repair.

Please do not drop off any repairs  without scheduling with our office first .

​ New Policy Update 4/9/2026

Happy Holidays Parts has sadly decided as of April  9th 2026 to suspend all new schedule repairs coming in and out by Ups, Fedex or United States Postal Service. Our decision was made due to increased damage of incoming and outgoing packages .We feel this is caused by the increased abuse of shipping and the older units that cannot withstand vibration and pounding due to plastics and adhesives that are becoming more brittle and sensitive causing failure after repairing the unit shipping back to the received customer. We will only be accepting drop offs which are scheduled with Our office, any packages that were scheduled to come in will be honored in the next coming month

There will be a diagnostic charge of $25.00 per item to look at your repair. If Item is Repairable it will be added to labour charge. If item is not repairable we will let you know.
