PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE IF YOU HAVE A REPAIR QUESTION OR WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR.
If a unit has been opened or someone has attempted to do a repair we no longer will accept these units for repair.
Please do not send any repairs in without scheduling with our office first and ship one week before repair date.
Note: Our office will resume taking on new repairs in February. 2025.. Please call last week of January to schedule new appointments then.
There will be a diagnostic charge of $25.00 per item to look at your repair. If Item is Repairable it will be added to labour charge. If item is not repairable we will let you know.

Please take a moment and print our general information form (NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, WHAT UNIT YOUR SENDING AND PROBLEM ) .When shipping your unit for repair. Our office will call or email you with a repair estimate before repairing your unit.
We accept all major credit cards. This website is to be used for shipping, to only US customers.
Repaired units will be shipped insured.

PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHIP YOUR UNIT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX IT CAME IN ONLY. ALWAYS PACK IT IN A SECOND BOX WITH PACKING MATERIAL TO AVOID DAMAGE WHILE IN TRANSIT.
